PROGRAMME INTERVENTION

Resolving a late gap before national launch

As the senior stakeholder for reporting, commissions and validations, I had agreed attribution requirements within a wider omnichannel programme. Pilot exposed an omission: orders could not be reliably identified by store, product and employee. I maintained pilot reporting manually, but the permanent correction would miss rollout.

Reporting and attribution route for the launch decision

My contribution

Working with SAP developers, I adapted existing matching logic and used my BAU budget to deliver quickly. Dummy transactions confirmed the identifiers in the test environment. Complete EPOS records passed through; incomplete records were matched against connections-system order data.

What followed

The solution supported national rollout and needed no further logic change after the source defect was fixed. The project owned that permanent correction; I owned the SAP reporting solution and assurance to the Transformation Director.
